In 2016 Miller Precast Ltd. supplied over 1300 meters of 1200 and 1050 diameter concrete pipe and numerous 2100 and 1200 diameter manholes and catchbasins for the City of Thunder Bay's Balmoral Street Reconstruction project. Miller Precast Ltd. was able to deliver a constant supply of pipe to ensure a continuous installation. The project was undertaken to upgrade Balmoral Street from ditches to a storm sewer system.
